Made by the governor in executive council. This order is the electricity industry (solar power purchase agreements) exemption amendment order 2023. This order comes into operation as follows — (a) clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the order — on the day after that day. This order amends the electricity industry (solar power purchase agreements) exemption order 2016. In clause 4(1): (a) delete paragraphs (a), (c) and (o); (b) after paragraph (oa) insert: (ob) sustainable business energy solutions pty ltd (abn 21 131 625 600);
