Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of Kalamunda resolved on 23 June 2026 to make the following local law. This local law is the City of Kalamunda Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places Local Law 2026 and commences 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. It repeals several previous by-laws and makes consequential amendments to the City of Kalamunda Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2019.
