Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 january 2022, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to them c/- plain legal, suite 3, [contact details redacted] 6017, within one month after publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
