Revokes codes of practice related to consultation at work, violence prevention, and machinery safeguarding.

Notice is given that the Minister for Industrial Relations revokes the following codes of practice: (i) Code of practice—Consultation at work [MSIA, 2009]; (ii) Code of practice—Prevention and management of violence, aggression and bullying [MSIA, 2007]; and (iii) Code of practice—Safeguarding of machinery and plant [MSIA, 2009]. This revocation comes into effect from the date of publication.
