Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Industrial Relations, acting in exercise of the power conferred by section 274(1) of the Work Health and Safety Act 2020, approves the Code of practice: Road and traffic management at Western Australian mines, 2026. This approval comes into force from the date of publication in the Western Australian Government Gazette.
