I, Kristin Berger, Building Commissioner appointed under section 85 of the Building Services (Complaint Resolution and Administration) Act 2011, do hereby waive the building services levy payable in respect of a building, demolition or occupancy permit or building approval certificate granted for building work or demolition work to be carried out, or carried out, in the local government districts of Mundaring and Swan because of damage caused by the February 2021 bush fire in those districts. This waiver is made pursuant to regulation 15(1) of the Building Services (Complaint Resolution and Administration) Regulations 2011.
