This policy outlines how the Building Commissioner will deal with building service complaints made under the Act relating to Typlex Pipes. The objective of this policy is to ensure that all building remedy orders issued by the Building Commissioner in respect of a building service complaint about Typlex Pipes provide Owners of an Eligible Home with a proportionate, effective and practically enforceable remedy.
