Amends the trust deed of the John W Bowra Trust to allow the trustee to apply capital and income to registered charitable institutions.

The trust deed dated 3 april 1985 establishing the john w bowra trust be amended as follows— clause 2 be amended to read: "the trustee shall hold the trust fund upon trust to apply the capital and income as the trustee thinks fit to certain registered charitable institutions as set out in the schedule hereto."
