Notice Text
Owners and occupiers of land within the Shire of Nannup are required to comply with the Bushfire Risk Compliance Notice to prevent bush fires. All land to meet the requirements on 3 November 2023 up to and including 30 April 2024 as specified in the Notice, except for Asset Protection Zones which must be maintained all year round. Failing to comply carries a penalty of up to $5,000.
