It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the shire of nannup local planning scheme no. 4 on 1 october 2025 for the purpose of— 1. amend the northern portion of lot 73 cundinup-dudinyillup road, nannup from ‘priority agriculture’ to ‘rural’. 2. remove the northern portion of lot 73 cundinup-dudinyillup road, nannup from ‘additional site requirements 4’. 3. amending the scheme map accordingly.
