In the matter of the estate of John Stockton, late of Brightwater Discovery Way, 170 Swansea Street, East Victoria Park in the State of Western Australia, Senior Business Analyst, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 June 2019, are required by the executors of care of Fort Knox Legal, PO Box 390, West Perth WA 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to Fort Knox Legal within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then has notice.
