These regulations are the Electricity Industry Regulations Amendment (Stand-Alone Power Systems) Regulations 2021. Part 2 amends the Electricity Industry (Licence Conditions) Regulations 2005. Part 3 amends the Electricity Industry (Obligation to Connect) Regulations 2005.
