These regulations are the mental health amendment regulations 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest of the regulations commence on the day after. These regulations amend the mental health regulations 2015. Regulation 4a(3) is amended to update the table of names and registration numbers.
