The following persons have been appointed as fire weather officers for the Shire of Esperance in accordance with the Bush Fires Act 1954. All previous appointments of fire weather officers for the Shire of Esperance are hereby cancelled.

Requires landowners and occupiers within the Shire of Esperance to clear firebreaks or take other measures by October 9, 2026, and maintain them until March 31, 2027.
Amends the Shire of Esperance Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2025 by updating definitions and prescribed offences.
Enacts the Shire of Esperance Health Amendment Local Law 2026.
Authorises general retail shops in Esperance to open during otherwise closed hours.
