Prohibits fishing by any means in a Sanctuary area. Prohibits commercial fishing in the Special Purpose area (wilderness conservation), in the Special Purpose area (whale conservation) by means of trawling or for coral, ‘live rock’ or sand, or in the Special Purpose area (pearling) for coral, ‘live rock’ or sand. Does not apply to customary fishing.
