Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 13 january 2022 are required by her trustee, tracy louise mcnamee, to send particulars of their claims to her care of irdi legal, 248 oxford street, leederville, western australia 6007 within 31 days from date of publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which she then has notice.
