Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 16 april 2020, are required by the personal representative, dylan anton chavez of care of ilberys lawyers, gpo box b51, perth wa 6838 to send particulars of their claims to him by no later than 20 november 2020, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
