Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, Nathaniel James Banks, late of [contact details redacted] West, Guildford WA 6055, Retired Sheet-metal Worker, who died on 11th April 2026 are required by the executor, Shirley-Ann Hemmings, to send particulars of their claims to the executor by 28th September 2026. After this date, the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
