It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Boddington Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 3 August 2026 for the purpose of modifying definitions and permissibility for various accommodation types, including short-term rental accommodation and tourist and visitor accommodation, within different zones and amending car parking requirements.
