These regulations amend the Electricity Industry (Customer Contracts) Regulations 2005. Changes include definitions of 'business day' and 'residential customer', benefit change notifications, price variation notices, and security deposit requirements for certain customers. Acceptable identification is defined, and security deposits are not payable by residential customers.
