These regulations amend the Energy Coordination (Customer Contracts) Regulations 2004. Key changes include amendments to regulations concerning definitions, retailer details, benefit changes, billing procedures, complaints, confidentiality, acceptable identification, and security deposit requirements for standard form contracts.
