Land requirement description. No. 1 — South Bunbury. 2. Identification of the boundaries of the area described above within a local plan or structure plan. 3. An unrestricted length of stay applies to all multiple, grouped and single dwellings. 4. Development above a residential density coding of R40 shall provide 50% of all required open space in Building Code of Australia class 2 and 3, b1 as communal open space on site. 5. A 'shop' use is limited to a maximum floor space area of 100m². 6. No vehicle access is to be provided from Ocean Drive. Land requirement description. No. 4 — Glen Iris. 1.1 The use of premises is to be for general commercial activities. 2.1 Uses are not to be operated in a manner that would otherwise be located in a designated activity. 3.1 The maximum net lettable area of a 'bulky goods showroom' use on any planning framework is 1,000m². 4.1 A 'pharmacy' may only be considered in conjunction with an application for a 'medical centre'. Land requirement description. No. 5 — East Bunbury. 1.1 Development within the part of the site included in the Local Centre Zone shall only be permitted where residential development facing Bunning Boulevard and Duncan Way is undertaken concurrently.
