City of Swan Waste Local Law 2026
The City of Swan resolved to make a new local law concerning waste avoidance and resource recovery, which will repeal specific clauses of a previous local law.

Under the powers conferred on it by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other enabling powers, the Council of the City of Swan resolved on 12 August 2026 to make the following local law. This local law, at its commencement, repeals clauses 11.2(2)(b) and 11.5 of the City of Swan Consolidated Local Law 2005, published in the Government Gazette No. 31 on 16 February 2005.
