Notice Text
All owners and occupiers of land within the Shire of Chittering are required before 16 October in each year to clear firebreaks and/or take measures in accordance with this notice and to maintain those firebreaks and measures up to and including 31 May in the following year. Failure to comply may result in a penalty of up to $5000. Additional works may be required by an Authorised Officer.
