Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12 february 2019, are required by the administrator craig alan gregson, to send the particulars of their claims care of gregson & associates po box z5017 st georges terrace, perth wa 6831 on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
