Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates in respect of the estate of Anthony Gordon Strong late of Baptist Care 450 Bussell Highway Busselton who died on 8 February 2024 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the Executors of the Estate of Anthony Gordon Strong deceased care of Young & Young 5 Spencer Street Bunbury by 13 August 2024 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
