Made under the liquor control amendment act 2018 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the liquor control amendment act 2018 commencement proclamation 2019. The liquor control amendment act 2018 sections 17, 18 and 45 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
