Made under the liquor control amendment act 2018 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the liquor control amendment act 2018 commencement proclamation (no. 2) 2021. The liquor control amendment act 2018 section 36 comes into operation on 1 february 2022. Note: this proclamation brings into operation the remainder of the liquor control amendment act 2018.
