It is hereby noted for public information that the governor has approved under section 3.6 of the Local Government Act 1995 of the making of the Shire of Broome Local Government Property and Public Places Local Law 2016 to the extent that it will apply to the area bounded by the low water mark of the Indian Ocean and extending for a distance 200 metres seawards from the western boundary of the Shire of Broome.
