Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 april 2025, are required by the executor, jacobus johannes de klerk, to send particulars of their claims to him within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
