Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 september 2025 are required by the applicant for grant of representation c/- cs legal of level 20 allendale square, 77 st georges terrace, perth wa 6000 to send particulars of their claims to cs legal within 31 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the applicant for grant of representation may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
