It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Capel Local Planning Scheme amendment on 13 March 2018 for the purpose of rezoning portions of ‘No Zone’ within part Lot 1181 and part Lot 9001 to Residential R20 and the recoding of the R30 to R20. Amending the Scheme Map accordingly; and modify Appendix 15 ‘Residential Precincts’—Precinct No. 3 of the Scheme Text.
