Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 December 2018, are required by the executors, William Joseph Woodthorpe and Kevin Mark Woodthorpe, c/- Level 6, [contact details redacted] 6000, to send particulars of their claims to them by the 4th day of April 2021, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
