In the estate of Wesley Mark Scrafton, late of 7 Austral Court, Canning Vale in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 May 2022, are required by the executor, Douglas George Seth, c/- Gibson Lyons Lawyers, Level 6, 33 Barrack Street, Perth WA 6000, to send particulars of their claims within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
