In the estate of Wesley Mark Scrafton, late of [contact details redacted] State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 May 2022, are required by the executor, Douglas George Seth, c/- Gibson Lyons Lawyers, Level 6, [contact details redacted] 6000, to send particulars of their claims within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
