In the matter of the estate of John Warwick Cook, late of Unit 198, 831-[contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 2nd day of May 2019, are required by the executor, Samantha Jane Cooper to send the particulars of their claim to Juniper Legal of [contact details redacted] 6th day of September 2019, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she has had notice.
