In the matter of the estate of Margaret Eyres, late of Mercy Place Mont Clare, 9 Dean Street, Claremont, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 9th day of April 2019, are required by the executors, Paul William Philip Ayers and Timothy John Eyres to send the particulars of their claim to Juniper Legal of po box 823, Claremont wa 6910 by the 21st day of July 2019, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice.
