Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Mary Margaret Lea, late of Bethanie Edinboro, 130 Edinboro Street, Joondanna, Western Australia, who died on 18 July 2019, are required by the personal representative John Robert Lea to send particulars of their claims to Irdi Legal, 248 Oxford Street, Leederville wa 6007 by 24 October 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
