Notice of intent is hereby given that council will make application to the Minister for Local Government in accordance with Section 6.74 of the Local Government Act 1995 to have the following land revested in the Crown.
Related notices
Determines that the Shire of Leonora will use unimproved value of land as the basis for rates.
Determines the gross rental value as the basis for rates on a mining tenement within the Shire of Leonora, excluding section 6.29(2) of the Local Government Act 1995.
Announces the appointment and cancellation of authorised persons for the Shire of Leonora.
Determines that the method of valuation to be used by the Shire of Leonora for mining tenements is the gross rental value of the land.
