I, dr phillip gorey, the deputy director general, resource and environmental regulation at the department of mines, industry regulation and safety, pursuant to the powers conferred on me by section 9(1) of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012, declare the following land to be an abandoned mine site for the purposes of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012— land surrounding the donnybrook mine shafts, situated on crown land approximately 2km south of donnybrook. being the land shown hatched in black set out in the schedule.
