City of Vincent Animal Local Law 2022 regarding dogs, cats and other animals. Includes sections on impounding of dogs, failure to remove excrement, maximum number of dogs, fencing requirements, kennel establishment licences, keeping of cats, nuisance animals, animal enclosures, slaughter of animals, disposal of deceased animals, keeping large animals, poultry, pigeons, bees, fees and charges.
