It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 57 of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011, that the Minister for Planning approved an amendment to the City of Vincent Local Planning Scheme No. 2 for the purpose of amending the Scheme Map to classify properties Mixed Use with an R80 density code over the Lindsay Street Precinct and introducing an additional provision, clause 85C, under Schedule 1.
