In accordance with Regulation 50(b) of the Mining Regulations 1981, notice is hereby given that unless the rent due on the under mentioned mining tenements are paid on or before 25 August 2023 it is the intention of the Minister for Mines and Petroleum under the provisions of sections 96A(1) and 97(1) of the Mining Act 1978 to forfeit such for breach of covenant, being non-payment of rent.

Extends an exemption from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978 for a further two years.
Intends to forfeit mining tenement due to non-payment of rent unless paid by September 17, 2021.
Requires creditors to send particulars of their claims against the estate of Hillary Rita Capolingua within one month of the notice publication date.
Requires creditor claims against the estate of Alfred John Miller by 30 days from the date of publication.
