Frederick Ivor Roberts, Executive Director, Mineral Titles, extends the exemption originally declared on 3 September 2015 and published in the Government Gazette dated 11 September 2015 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years, expiring on 2 September 2019.

Intends to forfeit mining tenements if rent is not paid by August 25, 2023.
Intends to forfeit mining tenement due to non-payment of rent unless paid by September 17, 2021.
Requires creditors and other persons with claims against deceased estates to send particulars by 26 October 2026.
