Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on or before 22 october 2023 are required by the personal representative, anna zofia lilpop (referred to in the will as anna michankow lilpop) and adam marek michankow mccann both care of irdi legal, 248 oxford street, leederville, western australia 6007, to send particulars of their claims to them within 31 days from date of publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which they then have notice.
