Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 october 2022, are required by the personal representative karen ruth farley of c/- mcwilliams davis lawyers, level 3, [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to her by 18 september 2023, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
