Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates in respect of the estate of the Peter John Hasselerharm (deceased) late of [contact details redacted] on 13 March 2023 are required by the Executor, Olive May Hasselerharm, to send particulars of their claims addressed to the Executor, Estate of the late Peter John Hasselerharm care of Leach Legal, Level 15, [contact details redacted] 6000 within one month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Executor then have notice.
