Under the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Esperance resolved on 25 June 2024 to make the following local law: Shire of Esperance Extractive Industries Local Law 2024. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
