Notice is hereby given that council of the city of canning in pursuance of its powers under the planning and development act 2005 resolved at the ordinary meeting of council held on 16 august 2016 to repeal town planning scheme no. 30 and the seal of the municipality was pursuant to that resolution hereunto affixed in the presence of—
