It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Canning Local Planning Scheme No. 42 on 3 March 2026 for the purpose of amending Schedule B to include new additional use No. 33 at No. 12 Robbins Place, Shelley, and amending the Local Planning Scheme No. 42 map accordingly.
