Made under the Community Titles Act 2018 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Community Titles Act 2018 Commencement Proclamation 2021. The Community Titles Act 2018, other than sections 1, 2, 188, 189, 224, 225, 226 and 253, comes into operation on 30 June 2021.
